Quality Assurance
While every care is taken during production to ensure that our stair rods are made to the highest standards, please be aware that:
Some minor colour variations may occur.
Small marks are not uncommon but should not be visible when installed. When the rods are installed no defect should be visible by a person in a standing position on the stairs.
Custom cutting is no additional charge, however the item cannot be returned if cut.
Product Care
Clean with a dry cloth only.
Do not use any abrasives, polishes or cleaning products on your stair rods.
All of our rods are coated in a protective lacquer and never require polishing.
When you clean your carpet (or surrounding area) with chemicals, remove the stair rods and place when the area is dry.
Maintenance
Periodically, check your installed rods and tighten all screws and fittings if necessary.
